The Significance of Muhammad as the Final Prophet

Muhammad (PBUH), revered as the “Seal of the Prophets,” signifies the end of prophetic succession. This title implies more than mere chronological finality; it underscores the completeness and perfection of the teachings he delivered. The Quran, believed by Shia Muslims to be the literal word of God, remains a testament to the universality and timelessness of Muhammad’s message, addressing the needs of all humanity, transcending cultural and temporal boundaries.

In the Quranic narrative, God affirms: “Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets” (Quran 33:40).
