Shaykh Ahmad b. Zayn al-Din al-Ihsai

Born in the mid-18th century in the region of Al-Ahsa in present-day Saudi Arabia, Shaykh Ahmad was educated in traditional Islamic sciences, absorbing the extensive corpus of Shia jurisprudence, theology, and esoteric knowledge.
